Yeap. A lot of indian, pakistan and asian guys have serious inner anxiety. This is due to school, family, religion and structure. This is why i recommend intermediate guys, guys who have more experienced to help more newer guys go thru this serious anxiety issues.
does your post apply to Pakistani men too ? I am not sure about managing anxiety but i can tell you a few points about what makes me anxious on approaching women
