Hello People.
Here are the two most important things when managing people who are independent or those who like to do their own stuff
1)Just Because They are established with you, doesn't mean it doesn't need refilling
Yes, check them in once in awhile
Life is not about us.
2)Do not Mess In their affairs until after the FACT
For some reason, i have seen this happen so often in sports and in real life. I have close female friends pissed off with me because i meddle in her affairs with her bestfriend. As shitty as the problem is, if it is not relate to you at all, don't mess with it.
It's a super grey area. I don't know what is the perfect answer but in the mean time, use this.
