I tell people all the time "movies and TV shows are poor representations of real life."

They're just entertainment

Like women approaching guys or having an easy close by saying "let's get out of here" doesn't happen in real life.
Ofc, even in lot of music songs it is just simping or too much posturing and bravado(like in rap). I would rather listen to songs which I cant understand or those which have really good lyrics.

Anyways, people just want to be entertained so it doesnt matter what the content is. It should just be trendy enough/ famous.You can even get a teetotaler listening or even singing songs about alcohol if It is trend. Seen plenty. Anyways, this is the type of psycology useful from PUA perspective.

You remember axe effect ads? TBH, I used to wish to buy axe during my childhood-teenage period.

Women don't do this lol. Just because you're smoking a cigarette on the steps of some building they don't just stop and ooo and ahh at you.

Could be a hooker. Or cuz he is american in japan so that could be the reason if we look from irl pov.

I think its because it's a commercial and not real life

Attack on Titan should be taught on debate classes (starting at the high school level)
Except the ending part. To me... It was most cliched anime ending. Seen similar in other animes too.

If you want to up your game - Akane-banashi (which is popping right now, spring 2026) is about Rakugo - a traditonal japanese performance art where 1 person sits on a cushion tells a story where they act out all the characters. There's a lot in the story/art itself, but also how to set it up the performance. The anime draws from the art of rakugo by explaining how it works to us, the audience.

Those same lessons will translate to your game, because a lot of the game is talking to groups of people - confidentily - which means that you're not exhibiting any nervous behavior - you believe in what you're saying.

Kinda divisive I guess.
If you think about:
1) Eren as an egocentrical abuser who needs to be validated all the time;
2) Mikasa as a victim who is so emotionally dependent on the abuser she can't leave;
3) Armin as someone with cronic imposter syndrome;
Things start to make a lot more sense.

P.S. Seems they are doing a spin off focused on Levi, which is by far my favorite character on the show.

If you think about:

There are a lot of things I didnt like about AOT... particularly the political intrigue parts with Pixies and all the generals. It was a mess to follow.

But what they did right was Rainier.

Boy, you end up rooting and pitying the guy. What a great character.

Never got the gist with the Reiss family vs Grisha Yager and all that useless people from the royal family tree.
Also the twists and turns of the military just seemed unnecessary.
That Yager militia had a bunch of dumb cowards and non-combatants that could never overpower the gritty fighters from Recognition.
Kenny had REAL fighters by his side and was taken down.
Clearly the author had to bend the plot a lot and weaken everybody else so he could shoehorn their arc and make them take power.
- remove Levi
- anihilate most of the Recon fighters in useless battles
- keep the good generals in the dark
(g-zus, Im pretty sure those guys were smart enough and would have some kind of counter inteligence to prevent that kind of coup).
But what they did right was Rainier.

Yes!!!
At first he was the reluctant villain, but once you get to know his motivations, he has the best redemption arc hands down!
Funniest part: both Armin and Berthold have imposter syndrome despite owning one of the most powerfull Titans.

Stein's Gate - it's about time travel, failure, PTSD, and the emotional toll of losing a loved one
Golden Boy - 90s anime about a lustful boy who is a law school dropout. He takes on many jobs and the women he meets become attracted to him but he does not settle down with any of them... Man this reminds me of someone I knew. 😂
