Escorts are legal as long as they aren't caught performing the duties of a prostitute! Escorts generally escort the person hiring them to a social function. They are usually very intelligent, pretty, & wear classy clothes giving a good impression to the people at the social function. However, if they perform sex acts while performing their duties as an escort they have crossed the line into prostitution & thereby becomes illegal!
