Been using this silly opening routine while out day gaming lately:
Usually the girl will stand there looking at me inquisitively, sometimes with a slight smile. After a brief pause, I'll say,
If I say just that, and deliver it with the frame and vocal tone that I already know the girl, she will usually say,
To which I reply,
I think it's hilarious, and I can only imagine the type of emotions she might be feeling...
I am in the habit of assuming rapport, and don't want to remind her that I'm a stranger. Engineering my pickups so that it feels like she's chatting with an old friend is something I've been working hard on.
Any commentary or thoughts on how I can improve this routine this are welcome.
I wanna get things just right so that it feels like she might know me, but she doesn't know for sure.
Fog: I saw you standing here and I was like...what the heck!

Fog: well i had to say hiiii!

Girl: Are you mistaking me for someone else you might know?
To which I reply,
Fog: Just thought you were interesting. (i change the topic quickly here)
