Hello,
I am a new member to the forums. I became interested in this forum because I noticed Chase was excellent at describing social situations in a way I can understand.
A summary about me:
I am a twenty-seven year old male. I have high functioning Asperger's syndrome with some alexithmyia (cannot naturally read social cues. I've gotten partially past this barrier with hard work.). I am 6'5, 260 lbs and a former football/wrestling athlete. Women occasionally describe me as handsome, or bear-like. They always comment on my size, and intelligence, so I know I have some positive qualities to start with.
I am currently starting a new career and am a student. (I was a currency trader who went bust) so I don't have much money, a car or responsibility yet. That makes this the perfect time to spend a year learning game.
I am physically fit, though a little overweight. (23 % bodyfat, max compound lifts over 1000, squat, bench deadlift.). I am cutting down to 12% slowly over this year. There's about 30 lbs left.
I used to be 40% bodyfat after I quit my sports. So I haven't dated in a long time. Years. I had some lovers in my early twenties, but mostly they were after my resources. I never cold approached, or ever used online dating. I have had no LTRs over 3 months.
My main goal is to get a girlfriend, not hook-ups. Had enough of those, though I won't turn them down given opportunity.
Last week I made an online dating account and collected eight women's numbers. This surprised me, but it meant it's time to take it to the next level. I have arranged dates with two of them so far.
I would like advice on articles to read or threads of note, or just general user feedback on how to start. My autism means I have to work very hard at seduction. This does not bother me. I am going to put in the time to find love and sexual satisfaction. So I'm asking for your advice.
Thanks for reading and please consider a response.
