Never heard of Rosemary Oil, but will look it into that.
Scalp massages/microneedling are an alternative treatment at best (besides doing in-depth research, I asked my doctor about all that stuff).
The best non-oral prevention treatment is puncturing the scalp WITH finasteride.
(which is what I'm actually doing).
Cause you are using the product directly where it's more effective.
To prevent genectic hair loss, in that order:
- oral DHT blocker (finasteride, dutasteride);
- finasteride needling;
- oral monoxidil;
- side treatments/ topic monoxidil;
- transplant when you have an advanced grade;
Also, I'm curious if you actually did any treatment, or is just relaying information from the internet.
This seems factually wrong.
Actually, telogen effluvin is a type of alopecia that's stress related.
Stress cause inflamation, which causes the hair to fall.
Once inflation is removed, the hair grows again
(oral minoxidil can prevent hair loss even during inflamation phases..I know because I've been through it).
But genetic alopecia and aging will make your hair fall, even with all the treatments and lifestyle improvement.
What you can change is the speed, making it so slow will won't even notice.
This guy at 60 is recovering his hair, so that is a no go.
Yes, i'm successfully recovering my hairline on the right side corner. It was slightly reducing but i'm seeing baby hairs growing from the hair follicles that were previously dormant after 2 months of doing my routine promoting blood flow and reducing tension in the scalp so that oxygen and nutrients can get to those dormant follicles.
Yes, inflammation in the scalp is the root cause of hair loss. The inflammation is caused for many reasons such as too much oxidative stress, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, sugar/refined carbs, wheat (gluten) etc as I listed above in my previous post.
Inflammation>DHT mobilization>Scalp tightness>Oxygen/nutrient deprivation>hair loss and this process will happen in people who are genetically sensitive to hair loss. DHT is not the enemy, its what makes us men. The inflammation is being caused by an underlying issue which will need to be identified and addressed. Apart from doing extensive laboratory tests, its guesswork as to what is causing the inflammation in the first place.
My inflammation was most likely caused by leaky gut and my diet. I've since eliminated sugar, wheat, seed oils (and foods containing seed oils such as bread), shampoo/conditioner and im feeling so much better. Digestive issues that i've experienced forever disappeared once I eliminated wheat (gluten) from my diet, gluten is well known to cause damage to the gut lining. My teeth aren't sensitive like they used to be. Also, i'm mega dosing with minerals that are known to support hair growth such as zinc.
Another issue is the spraying of wheat with harmful pesticies such as glyphosate. You don't want stuff like that entering your body, it will reek havoc on the body.
My only carb sources are organic gluten free oats, some fruit and basmati rice. I also soak the oats overnight to remove anti nutrients which would otherwise impede my body to being able to fully absorb the nutrients in the oats. This will also allow my body to digest the food much more efficiently.
