I used to work at a restaurant with this older girl (7 years older) a couple months ago, and at first she was coming on to me and being very flirtatious, and as we worked together we kept flirting more and more, (I had no knowledge of game at this point). So one day, I asked her out, and she gave me her number, we worked for a few weeks, I played it cool and didn't text her, and one day during work I asked her out for a Saturday night, she said yes and seemed excited about it, but when the day came she ended up in the hospital, which she sent me pictures of, because of a blood clot issue (I thought she should have mentioned another time to go out, so I went cold on her after this), I didn't get all emotional or anything, just didn't text her and I figured it was no big deal, so a couple weeks went by and I hadn't seen her at work, so I texted her, turns out it was a pretty serious thing in the hospital. So when she returned to work, we flirted more as usual, and at this point she was introducing me to her girl friends when they came in and other co workers began to ask if we were dating, and even a few customers that came in assumed we were dating (not sure if this was good or not). So one night, we work at a bar/restaurant, we both had a few drinks and I asked her out again, and she said yea call me next week and well figure out a day. I called to schedule and got no answer, so the next few weeks I saw her at work, I went cold and made little contact, and I slowly saw her chase after me a little, until I found a new job and quit. Then we didnt talk or anything for a month, and I happened to stop in with my friends (one of them is an owner of the restaurant) and she was working, I spoke with her a little, and texted her later that night "nice seeing you", and we texted til like 4:30am that night, and she ended up inviting me to go out with her that weekend, however I was working and couldn't. The next few weeks after is when I think I fucked up a little because we back and forth texted everyday for like two weeks and I guess I ended up lowering my value a bit, because I asked her out and she gave me the excuse that "she had a pedicure appointment", so again I went no contact, and she ended up texting me a few weeks later on thanksgiving, and we texted very little back and forth then, a week later I texted her having at this point watched a few pua videos and actually starting to learn more about game, and I asked her out, but this time framed it knowing that she is a flake in a low commitment way, by saying she is welcome to join me and few friends as we were going out for drinks, she responded that she would love to come but had dinner planned with a girl friend she hasnt seen in a while. I kind of expected some shit like this, so i ignored and later that night she was texting me that she was at the old bar she worked at and I was already out at this point and didnt answer. Then the next day she texted me saying hello, I said what's up and she said nothing, just saying hi, whats up, and we texted a little about what the two of us had been eating, until I cut it cause I felt that the texts were going now where and I really had nothing to say to her. I am confused what this girl is doing and have a feeling that she is just poor with relationships, given that she hasnt been in one for four years, not sure what I should do, or if I should keep offering low committment times for her to come out, any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
