I was out doing day game today at the gym, book store, Starbucks, & casual bar. Did rather well, & even got this girl's number as her date for the night was standing there using 'Are you single?' But, I did TERRIBLE at night game tonight. It was like a totally different realm of women & new barriers.
The venue: 1 room with pool tables (just a bunch of guys), 1 room dance club & the bar (I stayed mostly by the bar), outside smoking section - the venue was rather small maybe 1,500sq/ft total
Direct opener: I preopened a girl by lightly touching her upper back/shoulder. She threw up a big 'don't touch me look'. But in spite I said "I thought you were cute and wanted to say hi. I'm Ryan." --- she went over to her friends
Situational opener: Saw these girls dancing and 1 girl pushed her friend into a guy she wanted her to dance with. They start dancing. My opener "you're quite the wing woman." "haha, they're married" "Ahh, you made it look so smooth. I'm Ryan." ---- she went over to her friends
I've worked on my fundamentals for months; they aren't perfect but they aren't terrible typically. It's something else.... What am I doing wrong at night game?
I welcome any constructive criticism or advice. I know I only present 2 rejections here, but I've had similar results at night time in the past too.
My town population is just over 40,000 - could that be part of the reason? Small town..
