Early boyfriend

Is there any reason to be skeptical of girls who show interest in wanting a relationship early on in the first date or on the first or second date? Girls are asking me about being in a relationship and we haven't had sex or even kissed yet

I've noticed that when I wear really nice clothes and drive my Mercedes to the date, or mention my job, girls ask me if I have a girlfriend or if I'm looking for a relationship. In the past, the relationship talk doesn't happen until after sex or at least after a few dates. Are women being genuine when they want you as a boyfriend after you mention or show high value? Could some of these women be goldigging? I'm inexperienced on this ?

I wouldn't mind being in a relationship but I'm not used to being asked about it 15 minutes into the first date when we're still getting to know each other

I'm no expert, but I think there are many factors at play (regional factors, social factors, and etc.). Honestly, I think you're right about the girls that want to be your girlfriend in 15 minutes. That's faster than a pizza. There is a really social trend (some communities) that is emerging that is slut shaming and dispensing with bad advice, pushing the relationship frame, but I really can't say that applies in this case.
