Great at opening but can't do shit after that.

An issue that has plagued me in night game is that I can open well, well at least get myself to make an approach whenever I am with a wingman or even by myself, but I cannot close or even move forward past that.

I cannot move from initial interest to getting them to a point of wanting to make out or go home with me.

What material out there or exercise will really help me out here?
