For me as long as the girl has accepted your penis in her vagina it is a lay.

Meaning that if you stop after one thrust due to your reasons ( could be ED, could be PE, could be because you have a one thrust fetish ), I would count it.

I would not count it if in the middle of the first entrance in the vagina the girl pulled away herself, means she hasn’t given herself to you yet.

So if the tip and portion of the shaft went in without the girl stopping him, I would go for 61.
