In terms of carreer i was legitimately thinking about doing the same exact thing. I do have some exp with seduction but id like to get reallly good. If you are gonna take a year off to focus on seduction, and if u have enough money saved up, get a mentor/coach to help you with seduction. If its a natural then better.

Also in terms of carreer as a programmer dont forget the basis. Data structures, algorithms, networking, compilers, databases, etc. All of that comes in handy and never really changes a lot. Theres a lot of fearmongering going around with AI but its blown out of proportion. I would get ready for an AI crash where many AI companies go bankrupt. So taking a yr off might be the wisest thing u can do

New beginning:

So I had a couple of rough months financially speaking but I finally got a job. I've also gotten the handle on the final classes im taking to get my degree so that's sorted out.

That only leaves seduction to take care of (and I would want to take care of it even if i didnt have these other things).

A lot of stuff has happened since the last time i updated my journal but to keep it brief.

- I met a chick im FwB rn
- I kinda found my niche in anime conventions (im nerdy af), and also feel like the competition is trash in comparison to me. Anime girls are cute af too
- ive been talking to 10 different women everyday just asking directions and dumb stuff like that.

I did it on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday i was juat too tired from all the fucking i did and today i went to an after office and got back home also tired af. In my country there is a long weekend tho (tomorrow and monday is a holiday) so ill take advantage of this to practice my skills.

Some things ive been focusing on this week are:
- reacting fast to girls that show up in my pov with whatever i can think of
- noticing a girl far away thats cute and getting close to her without making too strong eye contact ( i had a problem with this )
- i kinda created an alternative personality of a cool chill guy who just fucks women and doesn't really care if things go one way or another. It has helped to at least pretend to be cool (like moving slowly, strong eye contact when talking, responding in a calm manerr, etc) even if im going crazy inside bc of how hot the girl im talking to is.
- ive also tested walking next to a girl and beginning a conversation (always asking for directions tho)

I plan on getting back to in field coaching (rn ive just paid for a couple of 1 on 1 sessions with a guy i know) when i both get the money but also when i get close to the level that i was at ( and that i know i feel comfortable with ).

I also got out of a pretty toxic relationship fast which was an improvement in my view. The old matheth would have stuck with her in a relationship without looking for new girls because of the comfort the gf would provide.
Ive also been reading a lot of journals and material online which I would sometimes prevent myself from doing because of how much it would show me my own weaknesses which is also good.

Field Report: Shaking off the Rust & The Architect Close
Stats: 10 Approaches + Social Warm-ups
Focus: Volume & State Management
The Session Breakdown
The Warm-Up (Sets 1-3)
These were a grind. High internal resistance. It felt very hard to start, but I forced the interactions just to break the silence.
The Middle Game (Sets 4-7)
* Set 4: Saw a girl I really liked. Made the classic mistake of following for 3 blocks waiting for the "perfect moment."
* Set 5: High difficulty setting—a group of 3 very pretty, very tall girls on the bus.
* Sets 6 & 7: Back on the street. High-quality targets, felt the momentum building here.
The End Game (Sets 8-10)
Logistics killed the vibe a bit here. Not many girls on the street, so I had to hunt more than I wanted to.
Social & Night Game (Bonus)
* Kept the social muscle working: Flirted with a cashier, went to a bar, and opened one girl.
* Randomly ran into my old coach, which actually helped ground me.
* The Highlight: Met an Architect (9/10 quality).
* Result: IG Close.
* Notes: She was receptive, but I realized post-set that I didn't apply enough kino.
Reflections
Positives (+)
* State Management: At one point, the nerves hit hard, and I was about to go home. I caught myself, stayed, and pushed through. That decision to stay was the biggest win of the day.
* Returning to Form: I felt glimpses of my prime self today. The muscle memory is there; it just needs repolishing.
* Calibration: I didn't force things. Talked to two girls later who weren't receptive, so I ejected cleanly. No ego, just efficiency.
Negatives (-)
* The "Stalker" Tendency: Set #4 was messy. Following for 3 blocks creates massive pressure and kills the vibe before you even open. Need to cut that out.
* Passive Game: I didn't do any direct Daygame.
* Kino Deficit: Even with the Architect close, the interaction was too verbal. I missed opportunities to touch and escalate physically, which makes the text game harder later.
Action Plan / Improvements
* Open More: Volume is the cure for the nerves.
* Go Direct: No more hiding intent. Next session, the last few sets must be direct compliments to set the frame immediately.
* 3-Second Rule: If I see a target, I move. No more trailing for blocks.

Subject: [FR] Low State Approaches + Dialing in Logistics
Stats:
* Sets: 2
* Location: Party
* State: Off (Mental fatigue from work/college)
The Session:
Opened two sets and socialized with guys to warm up. Didn't push hard or force a high-energy vibe I didn't have.
The Focus (Fundamentals):
Shifted focus today from pure approaching to Logistics & SMV:
* Style: Dialed in my fashion.
* Logistics: cleaned my apartment.
Takeaways:
* Holistic Game: Game isn't just the approach; it’s the prep. Having my style on point and my place ready (logistics) builds internal confidence and readiness for the pull.
* Not Laziness: I wasn't avoiding action; I was building the foundation.
* Trend: This weekend > Last weekend. Momentum is sustained.

Day 1 Success, Day 2 Mission Locked: Focusing on Conversion
Just finished Day 1 and reporting back. Massive win: I successfully executed 4 Conversational Pivots (Direction \rightarrow Compliment \rightarrow Intro), establishing a solid new skill despite battling high anxiety.
The Main Struggle: The Hesitation Gap (failing the 3-second rule) prevented all attempts at pure Direct Approaches—the anxiety guardrail won that battle.

Day 2 Mission: Consistency and The Ask
Since I'm exhausted, the plan for tomorrow is to consolidate the win and focus on conversion:
| Mission Component | Detail |
|---|---|
| Goal | Minimum 5 Approaches (Conversational Pivots) |
| Focus | Consistency and Conversion. |
| Objective | Every successful pivot MUST include THE ASK (getting social media/number). |
I'm making the "Ask" the new habit before moving back to high-intensity pure direct approaches. I'll report back with the results of the conversion attempts!

DAY 1 SUCCESS: The Power of Strategic Retreat & Conversion
Date: Monday, 24 November 2025

1. Day Overview & Prioritization

Despite battling mental exhaustion from a week of high-resistance training, I prioritized the cold approach session (the high-mental-cost task) over work today. The focus was on quality reps and conversion.

2. The Two Approaches & Key Learnings

Approach 1: Strategic Retreat (High-Challenge Target)
  • Target: Very high-value girl (tall, AFFF) who was also from my hometown.
  • Action: Initiated the approach, but quickly realized she was giving clear signals that she wanted to end the interaction (self-ejection).
  • Result: I consciously chose NOT to push the conversation further. This demonstrates a high level of social intelligence—knowing when to respect boundaries and save energy is a critical skill.

Approach 2: Successful Conversion (The Win)
  • Target: High-value girl within my current confidence threshold (my "pretty good looking" target).
  • Method: Used the winning sequence: Direction ➜ Confession of Excuse ➜ Compliment ➜ The Ask.
  • Outcome: SUCCESS! We exchanged Instagrams. This proves that the Conversion stage of the mission is achievable, even when feeling depleted.

3. Final Takeaways & Next Mission

  • The Winning Formula: The success was secured by the "Confession of Excuse." Honesty of Intent is the ultimate social cheat code and is more powerful than fighting nervousness.
  • Growth Strategy: My initial choice to target within my comfort zone (the "pretty good looking" girl) was a smart, strategic move that resulted in the confidence-building win needed for the week.
  • Next Mission: Consolidate this winning method for 3 successful closes tomorrow.

SESSION REVIEW: Conquering High-Value Targets (Language Exchange)

Overall Assessment
This was a highly successful session defined by brave targeting and excellent social filtering. I proved my conversational game is strong; the remaining barrier is the mental block against "The Ask."

1. Major Positive Aspects (The Wins)
  1. Conquered Targeting Anxiety: Successfully approached women I would have avoided last week, including two "very, very hot" high-challenge targets. This smashed a huge mental barrier.
  2. Demonstrated Social Intelligence: I made the smart decision to gracefully eject from the conversation that had low rapport. This shows high standards and efficiency.
  3. Strong Rapport Building: The fact that I "hit it off" with one high-value target confirms my skills after the opener are effective.

2. Sticking Points (The Negatives)
  1. The Ask Barrier (The Core Problem): I failed to attempt The Ask because the interaction didn't feel "deep enough." This mental rule is the central block to conversion.
  2. Low Volume for New Skill: Only 5 high-difficulty approaches were made. I need more volume (8-10) to force repetitions of The Ask.
  3. "Depth" Misconception: I am incorrectly defining The Ask as a reward for deep connection, slowing down conversion practice.

3. Action Plan (Future Improvement)
  1. Implement the 60-Second Ask Rule: In the next session, The Ask is mandatory if the conversation lasts longer than 60 seconds, regardless of perceived depth.
  2. Increase Volume to 8-10: Aim for 8 to 10 approaches in your next session to force more repetitions of The Ask.
  3. Reframe The Ask: Mentally redefine The Ask as a simple "logistics check" ("Let's see if this can happen again") rather than a reward or commitment.

SESSION REVIEW: Full-Spectrum Practice (Day, Social, Night)

Overall Assessment
An extremely productive day covering Day Game, Social Circle, and high-volume Night Game (9+ approaches total). I crushed the consistency goal and achieved a massive breakthrough in Rejection Resilience and Constraint Breaking (Bus Approach).

1. Major Positive Aspects (The Wins)
  1. Constraint Breaking (The Bus Approach): Approached a gorgeous girl on a bus (standing vs. sitting), a major win against Target/Location Anxiety. Response was positive.
  2. Persistence and Rejection Management: Successfully executed The Ask (for IG) after the target had already declined a previous escalation (sitting down). Handled multiple rejections smoothly and consciously.
  3. Environment Mastery & Volume: Maintained high volume across all contexts (Day/Social/Night), proving high motivation and consistency.

2. Sticking Points (The Barriers)
  1. Pace and Burnout: Rushing 5 approaches in under an hour "fried my brain." High volume is good, but low-energy approaches risk reinforcing bad habits.
  2. Timing of Escalation: Attempting the "deep dive" and the close immediately after the target signaled low interest (declining to sit) was mistimed and likely felt intense.
  3. Low-Value Day Game Openers: Using directions for all Day Game is great for warm-up, but limits opportunities for building deeper connection during the day.

3. Action Plan (Future Improvement)
  1. Energy Management Pacing: Implement the "3 Approaches, 15-Minute Break" rule for Night Game to ensure high-quality interactions and prevent burnout.
  2. Re-Route on Low-Interest Signals: When a soft escalation is declined (e.g., asked to sit), switch the topic (humor/group focus) before attempting a deeper connection or close. Do not push the emotional tone immediately.
  3. Elevate Day Game: Move from simple directions to higher-value openers (e.g., compliment/observation) to maximize connection potential during the day.
