Here’s all the ways you can look better physically / visually.

I know many professional models and several plastic surgeons.

✅ 1. Wash face twice a day.

✅ 2. Get professional teeth whitening.

✅ 3. Get Botox from a plastic surgeon once every 3 months.

✅ 4. Get a tan.

✅ 5. Replace my wardrobe.

✅ 6. Get plastic surgery if you’re willing to and can afford it.
I am debating whether to do so at th e moment)

✅ 7. Weightlifting 4-6 days a week.

✅ 8. Hire a professional personal trainer.

✅ 9. Start sports, like martial arts, dancing, boxing, etc.

✅ 10. Get braces to perfectly straighten your teeth.



That’s all I can think of for now off the top of my head.

Have a skin care regimen you adhere to 100% strictly.

Hyuralonic Acid (5 types) to use on your face after washing it in the morning.

After washing face at night, use high quality Collagen cream all
over your face.

Use Hyuralonic acid facial wash in the shower.

Charcoal and eucalyptus bars of soap.

Benzoyl peroxide 10% face wash after using hyuralonic acid wash.

How can you write about looksmaxxing and not mention diet? Diet is the most important element, the literal building block of your health and well being. Being deficient in vitamins and minerals reek havoc on the body.

Healthmaxxing > looksmaxxing. Looks is a byproduct.

- Eliminate all added sugar/refined carbs from your diet. Sugar is a poison and destroys your body in every way. Wean yourself off it with great effort, think of it as an addictive harmful drug. Sugar ages your skin, you'll notice your skin clearing up once you have stopped consuming added sugar

- Eliminate seed oils

- Eliminate gluten

- Eliminate alcohol

- Eliminate all foods being sprayed with glyphosate and other harmful pesicies

- Eat dairy such as cheese sparingly or eliminate it

- Stop smoking

- Omega 3 fish oil with high dosage of EPA and DPA every morning or eat fish like sardines and salmon

- At least 7.5 mg of copper everyday to stop greying of hair until really old age or just eat beef liver, one of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat

- Drink Kefir every morning to promote healthy balanced gut health. Eliminating sugar will cause the die off of the bad bacteria since the bad bacteria feeds on sugar and causes overgrowth

- Try to keep oxidative stress as low as possible

- Collagen peptides for anti aging your skin

- Get rid of all your skincare products and put manuka honey (UMF 15+) on your face, ur gonna thank me so much later

- Wash hair with natural products such as natural olive oil soap. Avoid chemical containing shampoo and conditioner which strips the scalp of natural oils and can cause inflammation and hair loss. Nature has given us everything we need

- Natural olive oil soap for body wash

- Essential oils such as lavender for cologne

- Full body split 2x week (Mon-Thu, Tue-Fri), 4-8 rep range and 8-10 HARD sets a week. More than enough for a natural to reach near full potential and its great for recovery since you have 5 days to recover and time to do other things such as talk to girls :) Your nervous system, tendons and joints also need time too fully recover, not just your muscles


This requires a complete lifestyle change. It's not for people looking for an imaginary quick fix.

Also, stay far away from the standard western diet (high fat paired with sugar) which is about the worst diet you can eat. Elevated insulin levels with high fat creates the perfect storm. Foods like french fries are a perfect example. Deep fried in typically seed oil which is carcinogenic, cause a spike in blood sugar (insulin) and all of that fat is transported into the liver to be stored as fat, causing fatty liver disease. Boiled potatoes without all of the added fat are healthy.

^ to get that right you want to grow the sides and back like the pic, you need to go to salon instead of barber for maintenance scissor cuts for layers once a month. Barber suck at layers...

Yeah I do 2,4 and started 10 recently.

2 I get it done in a day from a lazer whitening clinic, usually 100 dollars and it gets completely good for a day. *[But you do have to eat a white diet for three days afterwards]

4 I’m usually at the beach in the summer anyways but I go to a tanning Salon in the winter. Also helps with seasonal depression if your winters are gloomy and lightless. *[Which in my area is the trend]

10 I’m doing Invisalign atm. My teeth weren’t horrid and had braces when I was in high school but I had the benefits anyways so I was like why not. Benefits paid 60% and total costed me $3000.00 I’m wearing them for another couple of months. *[Which does make game a lot tougher fyi] but solved more issues then just looks. *[I had horrible TMJ and migraines I was getting from having misaligned teeth]

I’ll add in my effective hacks. I don’t think you necessarily need to “Look better” but be attractive to your target audience.

- I wear a lot of concert t shirts. And usually people will come up to you and talk about whatever band you are wearing. *[Sabrina Carpenter, Pink Pantheress and Kpop tends to get the most compliments for me]

Is this the style of Manuka Honey that works? And am I supposed to spread it on my face and use it as a facial product or am I supposed to eat it? I’ll go buy a bottle and try it out seems like a fun thing to change up.

Also forget to mention to the folks in here that sex wise should get your junk waxed. Women love playing around with dick and sucking you off if you have no hair down there. As a bonus point as well you’ll also have to wipe less if you are using toilet paper. IYKYK.

The UMF 15+ version is the one you want.

You spread the honey on your face and wait 10-15 minutes to allow the honey to absorb into your skin and then rinse off. Do it twice a day (morning and evening) whenever possible.

And do rinse it off properly otherwise you're going to have bees swarming around you :LOL:

You think that's an expensive haircut? Is this a put-on?

I was paying $100 25 years ago for my guy in NYC, takes 45-60 mins, and yeah, I get my hair cut short also.

This guy wasn’t joking, had the Manuka Honey arrive two days ago and I’ve been using it and it’s actually wild how soft and nice the skin on my face is. I actually find it baffling it’s that insanely good. 10/10 on the product recommendation.

I’ve also switched my shampoo to something that has a honey base, smells great and isn’t wildly expensive either. Spent 20 CAD for the Shampoo.
