Met a friend before he flies off to Melbourne, He wanted to club (which i will write later about the club in a field report, used to go there). He was excited to meet girls there, and i was listening while we were halfway through the conversations, He mention something about the "Mother's Hen" or what you guys call here, The Leader of the group or the non-submissive girl.

I was thinking about the topic, i have never successfully pull a girl out whenever there's the Mother's Hen, the leader there. I can definitely be a social butterfly and be cool with every girl including the leader there, but the leader is not really somewhat pretty. (OK! That's too honest. LOLX).

so yea, you guys have any insights and ideas how i can bring the submissive girl out!

This one requires some calibration, and you've got to aim just right. Essentially, you must "tailor" your social rank to be just below that of the group leader's, but above that of the girl you want.

That means, the leader should be able to look at you and say, "Cute. Well, he's a nice guy - not quite good enough for ME, but I think he's good enough for my friend," while meantime the girl you want is able to look at you and say, "Wow, this guy is sexy, powerful, and HOT!"

Mainly, this entails being a little overly nice to the leader, being a little warmer than you normally would, being mildly less interesting or entertaining with her, and being friendly but not flirtatious and not challenging her. In other words, you turn it ON when you're talking to your girl, but you dial it back a bit and just come across as a nice, friendly, somewhat-interesting but otherwise-neutral guy to the leader.

Argh, for me, this is abit suckish, you know that you have to be slightly nicer, kind of like the term "carry his or her balls!" but i think what you mean is just maintain a level of warmness.

Guess i need to adapt and tailor it right. Will do.

What about women who tells her other friends about me? (which is the leader i mean, i suppose she's not a great catch afterall? She's presumably doesn't have her own mind") I assume you just do the same thing.

Exactly. If a girl is "passing you along," it means she thinks you aren't quite good enough for her... but might be for her friend.

You've got to watch out for this though, there's a lot of "this guy is not that great" implied along with it. Personally, when I've had some girl try to pawn me off on one of her friends, I've typically taken that as my sign to exit, except in the rare occasion where the friend is both cute and clearly interested right from the get-go.
