Leadership is a skill, big time. It goes hand in hand with pickup, since in order to get girls, you have to lead basically every step of the way. Which is also what you need to do with a group. A leader is someone with the vision to see a positive direction the group should go in. And then just orchestrates it so the entire group follows his vision.
It's about taking responsibility for whoever you're leading. You have their best interest in mind and will use the influence they give you to mold them into your vision.
Do you always know what to do? Hell no. Leadership is available for those who claim it. Plenty of leaders are fucking awful but they just take the initiative and have the balls to tell people what to do.
I'm not an expert leader, but I did manage a team of 11 in a company that eventually was sold for a few hundred million. It was tough. Took real focus and more work for sure. Had to be aware of everything. When mistakes happened it was all on me. The biggest part of my job was just facing the higher ups.
There is sexual value to leadership for sure though. I observed this in one of the best naturals I know. I attended a conference with him many times over the years. EVERY time someone needed a leader, he was there. If the speaker asked for a volunteer, he was the first one. He was always organizing dinners and extra activities. People naturally followed him and he got laid like a fucking rockstar.
