@alexlaguma had a fantastic suggestion for raising forum engagement that we highlight one post of the month here each month.
Starting with November, I'd like to run a poll the first week of the following month on what the last month's "Post of the Month" was.
We'll do voting the same way we do for Skilled Seducer of the Month, except only posts created during the previous calendar month will be eligible.
The winning post will be:
I'll ask our developer about adding a "Posts of the Month" section to user profiles as well -- I'd like users' Posts of the Month to be searchable from their profiles, ideally. e.g., click on Seducer X and there in his profile under his "Posts of the Month" section are the three posts he's had that have made it there over the past N years he's been active on the Boards.

- Stickied at the top of the forum it appeared in for a month
- Receive a "Post of the Month" badge (which it will retain even after its sticky period ends) -- this might just be an emoji for now
but I'll see about getting something custom coded up
- Be featured on GirlsChase.com and given a shout-out in the Girls Chase Newsletter (which goes out to 70,000 subscribers)
