I've had an issue multiple times recently where a girl is too tight to go hard with. Even if she's fully wet, it's a bit painful and uncomfortable for her and not the best for me either. Still fun but ya know, not ideal.
I'm talking tight even when I put just one finger inside.
How can I fix this? Positions, lube, something else?

It's funny, most guys see this as a dream come true. While at first it seems like a great problem to have, it quickly turns into an awkward and kind of painful situation.
I try to talk the girl into really spreading her legs for me as far as she can and have her really relax and I try to go in nice and slow. I try to go as deep as I can at first to try and get her loosened up. Sometimes I hold it in there when I'm fully inside her to let the walls stretch out a bit. You gotta watch her face when you do this to make sure she's not in pain. If you can't fit it all the way in there just try to get the tip in and slowly try to go a little further in her with every thrust.
If you're still having problems try some different positions. I honestly think doggy is the best for penetration. You can hold on to her hips and get more push going inside her. Cowgirl is another good one because she can use her weight to assist the penetration.
You don't wanna use too much lube. Too much lube equates to a lack of friction which you need for penetration. You don't want to be so lubed up that you slide right out of her every attempt. Just a couple drips will do ya.
