What Is Power? How to concretely define it?

How Merriam-Webster defines power,

possession of control, authority, or influence over others

Chase goes on to say that many things like confidence, dominance, fundamentals, game, and other things are power.

I'm having a hard time understanding what exactly power is supposed to be and how it relates to seduction.

Is power even something we should be thinking of in the first place?

That article got me confused. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

Confidence:
"Hey, we might not be together forever but i love you". Basically, that's confidence. Psychologically, it's delusion. Fact, it is probabilities.

Dominance:
Can be body language or clothes(neuroscience, science, whatever). Frame control, Persuasion.

Fundamentals:
Your body language.

Game:
Skills, Strategies.

Basically, whatever that LOOKS like you going to win, according to her. Which is all bullshit of course. But that's the idea
