Loitering in a park gets easier as you get older, and multi-day 12 hour drives are possible in your 70s (me, my dad, my grandpa).
My daughters are 42 and 47 years younger and are doing fine (college degrees, jobs, apartments, bfs). The only complaint was the older one that I coud not play basketball, but my high school gym teacher had the same complaint!
Lol! Great reply. Was their mom in her 30's when you had them?

Is this the right thread to ask... How do you enter into the non-monogamous relationship if it's going to be temporary.

Simple example 25 year old guy (not me) might want 3 or 4 kids, starting at age 35. Well now your 23 year old girlfriend's 33 and hasn't started yet. Hence why my grandparents had an age gap and more kids than that...

Telling her up front could blow the whole thing right? Hey FYI when the lease ends you're getting turned in, not bought out... Ouch!

Problem being if she accepts that, she'll still be one foot out the door? Or thinking she can change your mind... Or if a super open minded type, then you never really get girlfriend practice with the type of girl who meets your motherhood screening criteria.

I know some guys think getting a girlfriend is the goal, but I've read too much Chase to not think all the way to the end. I'm thinking up front expectations, not delay strategies like getting a puppy, etc.

Simple question; does he want the kid with her? Then let her freeze the eggs. If he doesnt want it with her, allow her to have a foot out. It's the nicest thing you could do for someone you are supposed to have an intimate caring relationship with.

Do you leave the flowers another girl brought (in all likelihood as a wrench) or stash them at your gay neighbor's overnight?
Flower update:

I posted about my gay neighbor who ten years ago hooked up with a guy several times whenever they saw each other in whole foods.

Well not long after I posted, they ran into each other after all this time and have been hooking up a ton, sometimes even in the morning before work. They still have not exchanged names or had much conversation.

So I stashed these flowers at his place and he just brought them back to me just now. Apparently this dude saw the flowers and specifically called him to confront him about it, saying he doesn't want him seeing other people.

It made him cry and he is currently passed out in my neighbor's place.

So yeah I think I made the right move.
