Why so many white girls with black hair and tanned skin these days?

I wonder if it is some trend I am missing out on or what but I've been going out a lot recently and notice that there is a fair mix of blondes but also girls who have that Megan Fox, Kendall Jenner and maybe even a Wonder Woman sort of look going on.

Starting to wonder if it is a recent celebrity trend or what is going on with that.
