Won't let me post a new thread in the general or technical sections, it says, "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here."

Is that normal. Am I banned? How do I regain privileges? Lol

Most likely due to your rank.

It's a change in rules that happened a while ago. At my rank, I can still not post in advanced section.
