This is a thought pattern to calm myself.

Basically when I slipped into bursts of negative thought, like this:
“I’ll show her ........ is what I would have thought. I’ll wait until the next girl interested in me shows up.”
“You know what ..... is what I would have thought ..... (productive thought here)”

On the Big 5 personality (on wiki), I scored pretty high on neuroticism. I’d say out of 10, I would have a 8 or 9 on neuroticism. Meaning I’m easy to slip into extreme mood swing.

And sometimes my negative thought does not even make sense.

This helps somewhat. i’d say with this thought pattern, I still have 6 or 7 on neuroticism but at least it will not be debilitating.
