Since last 7 days, I have added a new activity on my schedule and that activity is writing about myself daily before going to bed. I started with what im good at ,what my fears are , what i want to achieve , how i will achieve it and this writings have surely brought me close to my myself and my aims and objectives. They have surely given me a base about my character i.e. why I do what I do.Besides writing has made my objectives clear and has given me a definite path and a process for achieving my goals.And i feel much calm mentally too.
Chase has constantly stressed the importance of keeping a journal and i thought would it would be of nice help to all the beginners here {just like me ;-) }to write a post stressing the positive effects and importance of writing or keeping a journal of yourself and your daily life activities like how many girls did you approach, how many days do you hit the gym,etc.
So i have concluded that writing daily even for just 10 minutes has helped me and will surely help you in achieving your goals however small or big they maybe. :)
