Felt like it's good to let you guys know that @Chase and the mods are constantly watching everybody's progress.
If you are in-field and posting good stuff, you are definitely in consideration for an upgrade.
Each month a bunch of names are discussed and we take an informal vote to bump guys up.
So if you are feeling "stuck" in a current rank, don't worry...just keep on doing what you doing and you will be rewarded.
Also we are discussing a cerimony to let everybody know when a guy gets to the top of the community.
