a memorable kiss

So this is a confusing one.... Sonce i started taljing to a girl, her best friends figured they would see her as more attainable. Her best friend who is a guy kissed her today.... Im not threatened by it so i played it cool laughed and said how did that make you feel. she is telling me they have a history and is asking me for advice.

So.... What should you do in this situation.... I mean she wants a relationship with me, but i told her no. I think she is trying to do it partly to make me jealous. How do you deal with a situation like this? If you get mad and show you are threatened, i mean i just dont even know where to start except play aloof.

Any thoughts guys?

Moving On

Primer:
Depending on how you said you guys would stay on terms after you denied her the relationship and if you guys are "friends" now. She's sincerely asking you for advice, telling you missed out aka jealousy, and using the benefits of being your friend aka free advice.

Stay chill:
The worst thing you can do in this situation is give in and start chasing her and get mad about it (the guy kissing her). The good thing is you just laughed it off and played it cool, this was a good move. She was just trying to get a reaction out of you. The best thing to do is act like it's no big deal especially if you didn't want a relationship with her. Just send her on her way with the advice, it conveys to her that you have more options and that you aren't thinking of her in that way. Girls like attention and to feel wanted and if a guy they liked didn't like them back they do try to make him jealous. Feel flattered, but once again don't give in if you didn't really like her. Girls want to know where they stand with a guy and to maintain their options. She wanted to see if she still had a chance with you before she gave the other guy a try.
