Hi Guys,
I had to put the title because i wanted your attention. I have great email conversations with Chase. It bothers me that the poll on the race topic, is lopsided in favor of not wanting conversations.
especially we are here, on Girlschase, where intelligent conversations started here. Yes i know. It is a dating website, not a Rubin Report, or a Steve HArvey show or Dr Phil, and even Dr PHil is not so much a medical channel but a celebrity. And we all know what happens when things get bigger, they usually jump the shark.
I just feel like you guys are missing out on all the gold nuggets when one puts his butthurt feelings, ego aside. But then again, I smell from a mile away that this is the same response from my chinese friends, my white friends when they face the race topic.
All of them, it is like a demilitarized zone!
All my 'white friends', caucasian (if you want to be pc) or chinese, all of them treat me like i'm the same color. and because of that, I find this a problem. It's things like this that i rather shoot my own people, because it's wrong on so many levels.
Especially when minorities assume that how we build the society now is what is happening today. It's like asking men to pay back women for all the years lost or black people asking white men to pay for the past when not all white people had slaves.
Sorry i have to be blunt, the polls will not allow such topics but this is my blunt opinion that i have to put out. and i'm a brown guy who has been abuse in all manners to be imagine.
I guess that's society for you. Real people get waysided. It's a popularity contest. So might as well rattle the cage and destroy everybody on the mainstream.
p.s: Not rattling on Girlschase of course!
