A Question Regarding Logistics

What's up guys,

So I'm back from exchange and I'm looking for a new apartment downtown with my homies. Now my ideal location is close to our previous apt that gave us less than 5 minutes walking from 5 of the top bars in town. That place couldn't be more perfect. The others would rather save some money and get a place that is 10+ minutes walking from a lot of the same bars downtown. So my question is; How much more difficult does the nightgame pull become with an extra 5-10 minutes walking? And what should I do here?

Not a massive amount of time, but of course the less the better, to what extent depends on the degree of your ability in conversing with women while moving them (ie keeping the situation comfortable, and light). Of course make sure that when you do invite her back to you place that you do tell her that it is 'only up to the road' or 'around the corner'

I definitely get what you're saying, Chase has mentioned multiple times in his articles about keeping her mind occupied with light topics while you're walking to the escalation location, I'm pretty sure I watched a video on this by RSDJulien where he referred it to as "pull talk".

Anyways, we got an apartment in the ideal location so my logistics are pretty perfect. Now it's up to me to invite girls over
I was kinda freaking out over the apartment because we haggled on the price and I was the one who had to do the negotiation. The landlord (an extreemly cool dude, plays bass guitar for this semi-famous indie band) wasn't too happy when I offered a lowered rental price. Negotiating kinda reminds of seduction and I thought I framed my offer wrong (I probably did) and completely screwed our chances to get the apartment. That reminded me of how I used to get too emotionally attached to one specific girl, so I made like three backup plans if the offer got rejected lol. GC has definitely changed me to think that way. But we got the apartment! So I'm happy.
