I like Red Pill so my point of view is most likely much different than view of most guys here, so I hope that other guys will also give you their opinions.
IMO, Red Pill is in general for older guys. There is lots of truth in it, just because the world we live in is not always easy...
In general, younger guys usually want to go out and meet lots of girls, they want to sleep and date lots of girls, they are full of enthusiasm and energy, they don't have much experience with girls and thus they tend to idealize the whole relationships. Younger guys are (in general) more enthusiastic about life, many of them dream about having big business, being rich and famous, sleeping with lots of girls, marry "the right one", have a happy family and so on. They want to know everything about seduction because they want to be great seducers. And that is good, many times this enthusiasm helps with establishing a great life, it gives the guy the right kicks to start.
Older guys, say late 20's, 30's-40's or more already have some experience, they went through relationships and lived with women, and perhaps even have some broken heart. They were dumped, she was cheating on them, they are divorced, they have to pay alimony and child support and so on. They had to settle down with girl they didn't really love while the girl they loved simply dumped them or never gave them the chance. Many times they had no guidance in dating, they just dated in trial-error style. Many of them have casual jobs just so they can pay bills at the end of each month, they want to make more money but don't have the motivation because making money is becoming very very difficult, even here in US... Lots of the enthusiasm is gone, they don't really care much about being a great seducers, they just want normal woman or just get laid here and there... They realized that even the great looking girl is not really that great, she is just a person like everybody else, and many times her personality is barely average, while girls who are looking 6/10 might have personality way above the classical 9/10 model...
They see the truth differently, they see lots of entitlement, pedestalization, fake relationships, useless provider-ships... They see rich guys around in nice clothes, who did nothing extra to have money, they were just lucky to be at the right place and time... They see that women don't really appreciate guys who do nice things for them and fall in love with them; these women keep dumping those good guys left and right, with no mercy... The same women then fall in love with so called assholes, guys who treat them like a trash and do nothing for them, perhaps sometimes even beat them. They see that the ideal girl they fell in love with sleeps around with many different guys. They see that every women claims she is not in for the money, but the reality is that most of the better looking ones get married to richer guys. You just don't see many really hot women in old civic, but you see many them driving in new SUV's or Mercedes... And even if the guy doesn't have great income, he is usually secured in any other way, house, great retirement, second carrier.... Not in for money? LOL
They wake up one of those nice days and they see the whole Matrix... they swallow the Red Pill, some of them almost choke on it... They see the nonsense with equality genders because there is no such thing as equality. Guys have dicks, balls and muscles, and girls have only vaginas and tits, that is as equal as it gonna get. They see women in charge of Army, Navy, among the strong firefighters and police officers, and they can't figure out whether it is just funny - or more humiliating to ALL strong and real men out there because in stead of rising the standards, the standards go way down in the name of equality... They see all the Saviors, Providers, White Knights and Heros out there, and it is just ridiculous because most of them can't get the women they want, just because of the exact behavior they pride themselves in... They see that they have been fooled their entire life, and many times they do get bitter. They have a great reason to be bitter, and whether they remain that way or not it doesn't really change the reality they live in... So they are not looking to be any sophisticated seducers, they are not looking to impress anyone with number of lays, and they are not even aiming for 9/10, they are not trying to get that girl fall in love with them... They just want to get laid with minimal, fast and efficient game...
So it is just different, read/study both and see what suits you better...
