Hey everyone!
About 4 days ago I got a friend request from this girl I used to date a few months ago but ended up having to break things off as I moved to Seattle after college graduation and she moved to New York. Afterwards, I COMPLETELY screwed up by thinking I could just keep her around as a friend and talking online as a chat buddy. Well, she stopped talking to me after a while and I realized I still had feelings for her, which I tried to get rid of by working harder on my game and going out as much as 5 times a week to meet girls and hone my skills.
Long story short, she's the kind of girl where if you break things off with her, she would still think about you for up to a whole year. Therefore, I ended up deleting her from my Facebook about a month ago and told her that it was best for me to move on so that I might be able to keep her in the backburner should I ever go to her area. She wrote back how she hoped we still could be friends in the future and I was told by one of her friends that she still checked my facebook like 5 times a week.
Now, a month later, she has added be back on FB again and I don't know what her intentions are, such as if she's trying to be friends, seeing if I'm dating anyone, etc.
I removed her from Facebook since I didn't want to see her photos every single day popping up and also I thought that removing her would make her chase a bit. Now, I really don't want to add her back on Facebook but I am concerned that if I completely ignore the request, she may just end up writing me off.
Anyway know what I should do at this point if I want to make her still possibly rekindle things with me in the future but also not lose her to autorejection?
