Long and short of the situation.
Met this BPD chick(she admitted it to me) girl was all about me. I fell into the trap of acting like it was a relationship stupidly even though I knew better. Kept reassuring her I was fine with her the way she was, etc(another dumb move). Went on 3 dates, increasing escalation each time, ending with a heavy makeout session and BJ in the back on my car(girl lives 30 mins away, has no vehicle, just moved back and staying with mom so no place to really take her to bang her---probably should have just gotten a room and brought her there while on the date, but whatever)...
Noticed decreasing interest, etc followed by 3 days of no texting(we texted each other daily, mostly initiated by her) and then a text stating "Hey BITG78, as you can see I'm just not up to it. Thank you for being nice to me. Best wishes."
Now the interesting part is she sent a similar message after our first date saying she wanted to cancel the 2nd date we had planned. I ended up saving that but probably screwed up in the longrun--didn't necessarily act needy or desperate, but might have slightly caved to her, which is never good in these situations. The worst part is I knew what I was doing was wrong and knew what I should have been doing but I let the fact she was smoking hot get in the way of my better judgment.
Bottom line is I am asking the best course of action to attempt to turn this into my favor, which I fully understand might not be possible and I accept that. However, if this is one of her BPD moods or tests then the appropriate response is to show it doesn't affect me by saying something like "Hey no problem, it was great knowing you. You seem to have a lot on your mind right now and I hope things work out for you as well because you seem like a really cool person. Take care."
An alternative as a piece of advice I got from a guy who has dated several BPD chicks is to not respond at all and then text her a week or two later as if nothing ever happened so as not to allow her to draw me into whatever type of frame/mood she is in at the time and showing her I will not be dealing with that.
I know there is a low chance of this working, just wondering what the best course of action to giev me my best show at salvaging this so I can attempt to slowly reset my frame...
