Anyone of you can share some ideas on things to do (or NOT) after te first date?

Like;
-Should I text her and tell her it was nice meeting you?
-Should I call her the next day or 2 or next week or wait for her to call?

Also, should I tell her tat im married? when?

I genuinly like this woman and I love my current wife too. So Im planning to have a long relationship with er and if she is fine with it it might end up with a formal thing.

We men always cant think when we are inside the circle no matter how good we are (or at least it is only me) so I need your Wing-man Help. Please advice.
