Analysing Social Interactions

Does anybody know of a few gurus out there who do this sort of thing? Say, like taking a talk show segment and talking about the body language, voice tonality and wittiness of the guest. You can go into all sorts of detail... even showing where they held back and something they were about to say but decided not to. There seems to be a tonne of youtube videos explaining what social interactions are, and how to have charisma, etc, but very few that actual analyse real (or even acted) interactions. I think it's fascinating as it allows you see a lot of principles (some of which are talked about on here) actually applied. It also allows you to examine yourself and how to not make the mistakes others do.

Here's two that give the gist of what I'm talking about, although I mightn't agree with everything said in them. The second clip is from 'Casino Royal' where it ironically talks about Bond's alpha traits throughout a scene where he kind of gets out-smarted!
