So for some months now one of my work colleague has a thing against me, whenever she gets the chance she attacks me with different kind of words. I just ignored her and did that "I don't care face". She saw that and now she doesn't talk to me at all. I might say something in the past? I may have done something I don't know? and to be honest I don't really care. I'm not going to ask her what the problem is to give her the power, if she has something to say... just come and tell me, I'm a big boy. Why I ask this here, is how would you guys treat something like this? From your experience.
