Speculation is all well and good, but if you'd really like to know why not get practical?
Perhaps try astral projection, pop on over to a friends house and check the details with him in the morning.
Perhaps get a pendulum (tie a string around a keyhole and use the key as a weight) and try divining some information that you shouldn't have any access too.
Maybe try telepathy with a friend, imagine a shape of any color and try to project it into his head while he focuses on keeping his mind blank and receptive and vise versa.
Maybe try shamanic trance journeying, you can do it with a few minutes alone in a place where you can lie down and optionally drumbeat audio (search youtube, you'll find one you like), when you do that try asking a spirit to do something for you or help you with something and watch for results, coincidences, lucky breaks that lead to you getting what you ask for, opportunities that pop out of seemingly nowhere, strange phenomena etc.
Or perhaps look through the goetia for a spirit that's said to get you something you want (Sitri for sex, just to get that out of the way).
Draw its sigil out, take three deep breaths, one at a time while imagining what you want and telling yourself "I intend to ____", meditate for a few minutes to calm your mind, gaze at the sigil in a relaxed manner (bedroom eyes), imagine as vividly as possible what you want while getting as many senses involved as possible (imagine the feel of the money in your hands, the breath of your lover on your skin, etc visualization isn't all visual).
Build up the visualization so vividly while still gazing at the sigil that you feel exactly as you would if you already have whatever you're asking for, build on that emotion of gratitude, bliss etc as much as possible then when you feel that it's reached its climax "send" the emotion and the visualization into the paper, feel the emotion seeping out of you and filling up the lines of the sigil (which may have some visual distortions at this point when your mind enters a deeper trance state, keep your focus and concentration as much as possible while ignoring any auditory, visual or tactile sensations you may experience at this point as they're probably not relevant to the task at hand, don't swat them off but don't pay any attention to them either) until you feel like you've emptied yourself out.
Now thank whatever spirit you've chosen for helping you out, keep the sigil on you until you get what you ask for and try not to think about this again including anything you may have felt, heard or seen, if its important you'll realize it whenever you need too.
...and no don't expect a girl to just fall out of the sky onto your lap, go do the work, keep approaching, do whatever you were doing before and keep an eye out for anything strange that happens that gets you what you want or an opportunity to get what you want, watch for any spikes in success rates, figure out the probability of it happening and then make your choice from there.
Any results you get from this COULD be from a demon or spirit or whatever, OR it could just be visualization,confirmation bias, positive thinking, and all that stuff on steroids, whatever the case just try it out and decide for yourself I suppose.
