Are unstable women more susceptible to cold approach?

the post seemed to hint that pure cold approach will lead you to meet a higher perecentage of unstable women than is found in society

Was it a post, or an article? I do remember an article by Chase where a University professor I think ended up with an unstable woman, BUT in that article, the woman actually approached the man.
