I have an uncle that is going a rough time right now. He is doing his best to move on from an unhealthy relationship but is very emotionally attached.
He's in his early 40s, owns a successful business, is fit and attractive, so all he needs now is the drive to climb out of this rut.
Helping people is a pain in the ass, very few actually take the advice, but he is family so I at least want to show him there is an awesome side of life. After that its up to him.
So what are the best articles for a man in his 40s to read about moving on from a relationship?
And maybe some other good general advice for a 40 year old?
