How do you critique a women's technique to better suit your tastes -- whether it's kissing, head, etc.?

I too would like some help here, i recall this time I was in bed with a girl as her first time giving head or having sex and she didn't have much making out experience either.

Most I told her to play around with nibbling for making out, but bjs and hand jobs it was like I had to teach her. She was more than willing to learn, but the best I could manage was trying to sexily tell her to be careful of her teeth etc - it still didn't help the mood.

One funny thing was when I corrected her and he mumbled something back and I corrected her again saying "don't talk with your mouth full". We both had a bit of a laugh, but i digress, not.really what you want to do often XP

Most issues aren't major. Sometimes I'd like more tongue while making out; other times a certain BJ technique.
