I slept with a religious girl on her period yesterday. She was initially very resistant to the idea and cited the Bible being against it.

Somehow though she was totally fine with my idea of doing it in the shower. So that's tip #1 for girls worried about it. She asked me to carry her to the bathroom and I lit a couple candles, which is actually quite a nice vibe.

Of course I told her now she can no longer eat pork or cheeseburgers, and has to stay banished from the community for seven days.

So this morning she texted "this is an article about what we did"

Interestingly, it led me to this:

"Based on the results of the present study, vaginal intercourse or non-coital sexual activity leading to orgasm during menstruation increases the risk of endometriosis in women during reproductive age."

I'll have to read it again, but given the orgasm note, I assume it's from blood entering the cervix opening? So I guess get her to wash or maybe wait it out.

Oh and after the shower she was fine with continuing on a towel, despite initially being genuinely against the idea. Her period had just started, and after washing, there was no trace of blood.

So it doesn't help to get into some logical religious debate when she is probably just grossed out by the idea of something she's never tried.

But for those of you who have pulled out to see a bloody condom before, it may be worth considering potential risk to her health.

Interesting piece of technology. Could be a bit intrusive though? Did some research and found out there's also discs you put just beneath the cervix. Seems like that's what's recommended for sex.

Good question... From a quick search it seems disc is ok to have sex with in general, but rough sex might cause it to move or possibly leak.

Based on the research saying non-coital orgasm can cause issues (like clit-only orgasm), I assume as long as there's no leak you are ok, with no risk of blood entering the cervix during orgasm if it is all contained by the disc.

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake
