So my situation is kind of awkward and I'm not sure what to do. So there's this girl I met a few months ago at my job (we are in our early 20s) and at first I thought she just another cute girl but as time went by I all of sudden thought she was a really gorgeous girl so I started talking to her about a month after we met. Anyway I get few opportunities to talk to her since we have different tasks but when the opportunity came around I asked for her number and she gave it to me but I told her I was going on vacation for a week to another country so I decided not to text her until I got back. So I get back and I see for a second just enough time to say hi but at this point I didn't text her yet. So on that day I texted her and after a few messages she didn't respond so I decided to delete her number just because I was mad and didn't feel like trying again. Another day comes around when we see each other and she seems interested, still flirty but I never got back to texting her again and she never brought it up. So I just gave up since I was confused and every time I saw her at work I just said hi but didn't talk to her anymore. So after I did that she came back and was trying to talk to me again and seemed interested again. Since then it's just been like a push pull but every time I try to forget her and drop her out of my mind she comes back to being interested again. I was wondering maybe she's just one big tease or a big flirt because a lot of guys hit on her all the time so that's why I was just the person to lay back but I this point I'm not sure what to do? Should I just ask her out of the blue and see what happens or should I ignore her completely? Some advice would be nice,
