Baldness..how much does it really matter ?

Hey guys , im quite new here and after reading all blog articles i wanted to join the forums.
So i am interested ,since i got a bit bald in last few years (like not completely, but its noticeable). What do you think, how much of an impact does it have on getting girls? It started to affect my self-esteem and maybe its that that's holding me down rather than the hair. Please tell me your opinion on this.

Another thing, do you think i should shave my head or trim it down to <1mm or stick with my current hair which is not that great, like in this pic :

Shave it I say. I have the "bird's nest" with no hair up front or up top and I just shave it all off.

You could keep it short too, like in the picture above. But whatever you do DO NOT HIDE IT OR DO A COMBOVER because girls will laugh at you.

I don't think baldness matters when you open girls in person (maybe the really young ones but should you really be hitting on 20 year olds to begin with?). Act confident and they won't even see it.

However I DO think it matters in online dating. Girls are very picky and selective because they are flooded with messages so their standards are stupidly high.
