No matter how non-reactive or passive or non-chalant a girl is to you,
Just be a cool guy. You can drop her after you try to move her or get her number or trying to make her a female friend and she doesn't want to. So many times, girls from the past, girls that are unattractive ones, decent looking, some good looking ones, actually see me outside and they react very warmly to me. I even have trouble because this girls are like not friendly, but also not too affectionate to me, that their boyfriends think i am their past lovers. I had a girl stopping me by the arm very strongly in the train station, and i was surprised as much as her boyfriend beside her does.
