Glad many liked this one; I thought his interaction was hilarious (laughed through the whole thing) but every bit of effective as it was funny.
One of the biggest things that stuck out to me and that I felt was learned by me from this was how far he goes with his escalation and fooling around while being in public atmosphere (like where he chooses to draw the line so that it’s socially acceptable still and not crossing the line). He hugs her and tickles her and massively flirts but doesn’t kiss her or touch any naughty parts and stuff… could he have kissed her face or neck or done anything else? I’m not sure… but my guess would be that that’s where he was drawing the line while on camera and there with others and stuff.
Also, I was sort of guessing that he had potentially already nailed her (or at least knew her from before; felt like he addressed her somewhere like he had known her from prior… it’d be possible no?)

With high status, you can get away with a lot, even things that are not socially savvy. I think the girl loved it, and she is hot.
Hopefully, he got her back to his place after the interview.
So, yeah, his game wasn't that great, but he's built up such a high status through acting/celebrity that it doesn't hurt and can get away with it.
How Much Did Status Help?
My personal theory is that fame would probably work as a plus but wouldn’t necessarily be the be all end all thing that gets him the lay (just as how money or looks wouldn’t be; status would be just another thing that helps but not worth anything extremely significant without the fundamentals behind it).
I can think of a few stars/famous guys with high status and fame who would be considered not so good with women because of lacking fundamentals.
One guy that comes to mind is Arnold Schwarzenegger … who I look up to because of his work ethic and all he’s endeavored to achieve; but I remember when the scandal about his love child had happened a bunch of women came out saying how he had tried to progress with them
but fucked up and had it not work because of bad fundamentals (and trying to get women with wealth and nice body minus the fundamentals).
This would be different from Tiger Woods who the women came out and later talked about but who got to consensually fuck the whole softball team count of them... he had the fundamentals so he got the tail.
Seduction in Relation to Jazz Musicianship and Improvisation
A couple years back I was really into jazz musicianship and learned a lot from really endeavoring to master jazz trombone and with my experiences with other musicians.
Jazz musicians
improvise which is creating new music on the spot.
Improvisation becomes the fourth stage of competence
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_stages_of_competence and I believe that typically most skills can be ultimately mastered and performed at this elite unconscious level (in seduction in would be becoming an advanced natural who no longer has to think and only games and gets laid naturally).
To learn to improvise took years and years. First you would have to go and technically learn the ins and outs of your instrument get down tonality and pitch and range and sound dynamics. You’d have to learn and master your instrument and in addition know music and know it well. You’d have to be able to sight read fluidly and rapidly know all of your scales and modes and other jazz standard tunes and store the bulk of them in your working memory.
In addition to this you would study and listen to other jazz musicians of history and listen to how they play and improvise and their style (this is all before you’ve even improvised).
Each jazz musician had a unique style; there were many musicians and many eras … but all were different and all had been influenced by their own myriad of sources and influences. They would all be completely different often radically different in how they sounded… Only after doing all this could you eventually become a true natural a true jazz musician and truly improvise and have that unconscious artistic creation (become an advanced natural).
If Fundamentals and End Result Are Good: It Works
Though the musicians were all different, they’d all achieve a common beginning and end with their playing: they were technical masters of music and of their instrument and could play written (unimprovised) material impeccably and masterfully. And they would each create a cogent and poetic musical solo/statement that could be reveled and respected by whoever would listen (even though their styles were vastly different).
There was also a skill/phenomenon called
playing out where you would play notes that are out of key and don’t fit and sound bad and incorrect by ear. But because it was still technically perfect (as in quality from instrument and achieved the end of enticing and gaining the satisfaction of the listener) it fit and it worked.
I realized that seduction is the same way.
Everyone has their own styles and you can gain influences from different styles and after years of going out you discover your own unique style (that will even then be sort of dynamic and never truly fixed) influenced by all those you had studied and seen.
You could
play out in seduction too and it wouldn’t matter too… routines, the silly scripted crap of
The Game and any of the other guys with weird uncalibrated looking game … if the beginning and end were good they were good…
if their fundamentals were good and they got laid in the end then it all worked out and they could
play out throughout the middle and have it fit dissonantly but beautifully, pleasing against everything saying that it shouldn’t theoretically be.
I think Chase was a good teacher for each of with this site because he saw to it that we learned all of our fundamentals and sought to teach those first…
And I think he’s admitted as much that he sort of expects that from the formative years on, each of the guys’ unique natural styles will start to come out and that’s what the end goal for those learning is (kind of like a mother bird that teaches the babies the ropes and how to eat and walk and stuff and then eventually kicks them off and lets them fly free on their own and in their own way).
When I see a style that seems weird or stupid or foreign to me now… I look and see “ok well are his fundamentals good, can he keep eye contact with the girl, and does he seem dominant?"…. And second, “is he getting laid, will he get the lay?”
That’s it; different styles are cool then to observe because you can learn from them, gain some influence from each of them, and have them contribute to your own unique style once it does eventually begin to come through.
