Better Fashion? + Picture

Hey guys! I'm trying to get some better fashion. I'm not one for over the top flashy colors. I enjoy a nice dress shirt and suit, with a pair of jeans and nice shoes, that's my style.

I apologize for the editing but I unfortunately deleted the original picture. If you guys cant see well: Teal dress shirt, black suit, gold watch & metal bracelet in other hand, blue jeans, and brown tan slip- ons.

What can I do to imrpove this style? What colors compliment well with the black suit? I also have a pair of black jeans. I'm underaged and don't have a job so I have to work with what I have, and slowly better my wardrobe!

P.S : Would it be good to get a tie? Or is that too over the top?

Looks good, man! If I were you, I'd try sexystyleforjoe.com for fashion inspiration and whatnot. Good theoretical explanations, as well.

The outfit - looks good the way it is. Personally, I might not do the watch in this particular piece, because it has a 'sales' vibe - the other ring would look great just by itself. The jacket itself actually looks really good; form-fitting.

There are a lot of darker colors in the outfit - which is very common for people starting in fashion to do. Hard to go wrong with, but lacks a certain "pop" that makes the outfit stand out. Not sure which color needs to be changed, but ideally you want one of the pieces to be a bit brighter (one of the differences between 'good' and 'brilliant' style).

Thanks for the feedback bud. I know what you mean, sometimes if I feel like it's too much I'll go with just a button-down shirt which still looks pretty good! Places like school and when hanging out with friends I will go the shirt route, sometimes it depends on my mood.

P.S- When should you wear your button down tucked in or out?

If the shirt is too long untucked then tuck it in.. Otherwise if it sits right above ur butt or around you'll be fine.

Looks good, but you need some contrast. A white shirt or a white T-shirt, both would have been ideal. I normally untuck my shirts. If they are too long,
i mean if you look like Dracula, tuck your shirt in. Untucked shirt & jeans without blazer is even better. But remember, the shirt should fit your body. Get a slim fit shirt for your size. Hope you don't have love handles. Tuck it in with your denim/cotton pants. Make sure your belt matches your shoes. For your brown shoes, its a brown belt. That'll be enough. To make it even more sexier wear your watch or bracelet. Never wear both at one. That's too much. And for the above style, it must be your watch. And a pair sunglasses is even better. So that's it. Blazer is your choice, when you wear it, unbuttoned blazer is always better, it reveals your contrasting shirt/tshirt and your sexy belt. In my opinion unbuttoned blazer makes you even more eye candy.

You told you've got a pair of black jeans, wear it in night. And your blue jeans are bit darker. Not the light/bright blue right? Try to get a royal blue/bright blue denim or a cotton pant for you day outings. There's nothing more sexier to wear in daytime. Few examples below.

Oops... I could have posted some smaller pics. Anyway these jeans are awesome for daytime. Only denims in these pics, but a pair of slim cut cotton pants of same colors are sexy too! I didn't mention about shoes, as you've already got a great pair of shoes. But for some variety, you can try some boots, not just chelsea. For an example this zip boots are too sexy to wear. At least in my opinion.

@Avalanche: Thanks for the suggestions, the jeans and the boots look real good. I've been watching Gossip Girl, Chuck Bass has mad style! I do need a brown belt, but I don't wear the blazer unbuttoned because then it doesn't snuggle my frame, it looks too big, I agree about the contrast though.
