Hey guys I just started a new job....and while roaming on Facebook a girl pooped up under people you may know. She is friends with 2 of my buds that also work at my job. I've seen her at my job a few times but never said anything to her. I sent her a friend request and she accepted it, I work at a casino and because I'm new I got the grave shift which is the night shift. She works middle of the day so I only see her for about 10 min. I figured talking thru Facebook messenger would be a good idea I just don't know how to start it off, don't want to sound like a creep. Any suggestions?

Don't talk through Facebook, go see her at work, sort of run into her or go to the place where she works. Then talk, just casual stuff, perhaps work related stuff - and see if there are good vibes.

If you contact her through Facebook she will know right away you don't have much guts to go after her directly. She will downgrade you as a lover right there, on the spot, and your chances to get a date will be cut by half...

Do not use Facebook, Twitter or phone this way, as long as you have a chance to see her directly, do it face to face... Only if you can't see her use media to contact her, and even then keep it at minimum...

I hear ya, I figured I use Facebook because she is a dealer at the casino (blackjack) and I'm surveillance operator so by the time I get in she already has players at her table, cause she deals on the busiest section in the casino and I can't just leave the surveillance room once she gets off her shift to try and meet her face to face. I figured I use Facebook to at least establish contact and then set up a meet quickly. I just don't know what to say to establish contact without sounding like a creep

I don't know, well, take a bold step, ask her out through FB and don't worry about being creepy. There is nothing wrong showing sincere interest in a girl. If she is normal she won't get upset if a guy is trying to get into her panties whichever way he can...

I still think that talking to her first is better idea, even if you have to wait little bit longer... You just feel the vibes right there, you don't give her too much time to think...

Good luck, let us know how it goes. Even FB can be a good option, you just never know...

(Maybe include something brief, like you wanted to talk to her in person yesterday but you didn't get a chance... just make sure it doesn't look like lame excuse)
