Hi,
I seem to notice that the element of journey is important. You can advise your friend to not date a girl but then he wants to and he believes. I guess most of us have to go through this journey. And for really really advanced level, this is more to knowing what you value and be honest with it, also be aware of what you actually doing. Chase noted that even advanced guys will ditch polygamy for monogamy but they often forget they abandon the process that get them there and often they wonder why they did a common mistake.
To go deeper, i think Cassanova understood this at extreme level. Marriage or die alone. Cassanova did die alone. but in today's world, you need to know which country that allows you to cultivate more of what you want to do. Anyway, i was sidetracking. So yea, go date that girl you want to date. If you get boyfriend zone or she's crazy. Know what you getting yourself into, manage your risk and you occasionally get burn. The worse part is most of us get burn years later.
p.s: the last sentence sounds like "i'm better than you". As a young guy or inspired person, the experience guy or knowledgeable guy will always be more irritating because you want to go there. So always note this too
