[Bug] Editing posts

Hey guys,

I having issues with finding the edit button.
We can't edit our own posts after posting a thread or a post?

EDIT: Apparently, there's a expiration timer for editing. What is the purpose of this?
I never knew this forum is on same speedy play field as attraction

It's to prevent guys from going back and breaking posts later.

If you spend enough times on forums and start reading through older threads, you'll notice things where there's a big thread but it doesn't make any sense because all the OP's posts have been dramatically changed or even removed.

You might not think that'd be a big problem, but we've had a fair few guys write us asking to delete all their posts, including a selection of fairly prolific members. When you have a forum like the GC boards though, a lot of guys come here and read a lot of the old threads, and if you give free guys to go in and break old threads (and new ones, too), it nixes a lot of value of a place like this.

Attraction isn't the only thing that has an expiration date.
