Burns when I pee but not when I cum

This has been going on since Tuesday (Thursday now). Hasn't gotten any worse, just stayed the same. When I squeeze the tip I get the same stinging sensation as when I pee.

If I do the squeezing thing then it hurts less when I pee immediately after (not sure why, could be a psychological thing).

I'm not going to the bathroom anymore than usual and I've been having sex with the same gal for a few months now. Could be that she had sex with someone else in the mean time (we are not sexually exclusive) but I don't believe that's the case. Though certainly an option.

No visual differences in the fun zone down there...

Things I'm thinking it could be: some kind of scratch. For something different, on Saturday, I had the girl grind on me until she came. It didn't take long but could this have caused a scratch? And if so, why wait a full two days before the pain started showing up?

I suppose it could be an STD/STI, but I don't believe so... if it is it would have had to been dormant for the better part of 2017, like 5-6 months dormant... or the girl had sex with someone else and didn't tell me and now I got something.

Urinary Tract Infection? Though we've been having unprotected sex for a few months now

Anywhoo, if it persists over the weekend then I know a place in Nashville (currently in middle of nowhere Missouri) that will do free or near free STD/I tests. I'm assuming they'll also do a UTI test? I dunno, but I'll have to ask them.

Remedies I've read on interwebz: if it's some kind of bacteria then I just need to drink an excess of water to flush it out. The pain's only in the tip and just below the tip. Take some ibuprofen

The extra water would help if it's some kind of scratch as well because it would supposedly make my pee less acidic.

That's my story, any advice would be appreciated, thank ya

EDIT* Oh, and zero discharge of any kind other than the natural stuff.

RT-

Try gulping down a couple of big glasses of water and see how it feels the next time you urinate.

If it's not an STI, 9 times out of 10 it's dehydration.

Pee burns when you're low on water (the ammonia in it gets too concentrated without excess water to dilute it. It's like cramming rubbing alcohol up your urethra).

Chase to the rescue again!

Lotta water, and while there was some initial discomfort at first, it quickly passed. It’s been about a year and a half since my last std test so I should probably still follow through on that, especially if it’s cheap/free.

Not gonna lie, my heart rate got up after that earlier one of uber dehydration.

The relief though...

Got it from Apollo 13, that Tom Hanks movie.

I had this biology class in university. At 11 AM in the morning. And for some reason, every time I took a piss before I went to that class, I would get this huge, fiery burning, and it just lingered and lingered. I spend the first half hour of that class squirming in pain; felt like someone kicked me in the nuts. And then I guess kept kicking, for how long that sensation lingered. Had no idea what it was. And it happened no other time of the day; didn't happen when I woke up in the morning, didn't happen in the afternoon or at night. Only around 11 AM for that biology class. Got so bad I tried to just hold my pee if I felt the need to go before that class.

Then I saw a clip from Apollo 13 and one of the guys was like "It burns when I pee!" and the other guy was like "You're not drinking enough water."

And I was like "No way, is it THAT?"

Started guzzling water every morning before that biology class. Only happened a few more times, on mornings I'd forgotten to drink enough water.

I keep a mug of water on my desk at all times now, and always more than enough bottled water to drink at cafés, restaurants, etc.

Healthy habit, anyway.

Haha pretty neat place to find a golden nugget of wisdom. I still plan on getting it checked out tomorrow just in case though

Well it's not a UTI, but they're going to send off the sample to be tested for stds.

The pain actually got a little worse last night by introducing a dull, burning ache in the testicle region after my shower.... so I don't think this is dehydration, though it certainly exacerbates the issue.

In other news, I was given some uti pain meds and now I pee orange. I am now an Oompa Loompa! Mwahahahahahhaha

A very tall Oompa Loompa...
