Let me first state I'm looking for a girlfriend out of this, and she went to school with my younger sister up until early high school. The town is relatively small.
Went out on date with this girl back in December, actually grabbed her number as she was leaving a date with another guy
"Thought you were cute. Are you single?"
Date was very informational, and I thought I really screwed it up... Was unable to move her, wasn't dominant enough, affirmed her too much, and just never texted her again..
This past Saturday: She texted me "Are you in town?"
"Out with some buddies. What's up?"
"Wanted to grab a drink later tonight"
"I would if my friends didn't fly in. What's your schedule like the upcoming days?"
"I'm free most evenings the next few days."
"Great, lets do a raincheck. I'll text you"
Next Day: "What're you getting into this evening?"
"Hanging with grandparents atm, not sure what I'm doing after. What's up?"
"Cooking some delicious food out by the pool. You're welcome to join, but hands off the cook"

We catch up about what has been going on the last 6m between us casually. (~40min actually)
...Hop in the water... I bring up her love life and whats been going on with me too. Talking about our romantic likes and dislikes, what things go wrong
(She actually seems quite similar to me in a lot of that respect. Which can be good or bad..)
I notice an escalation window in the water. Go in for one of those slow in the moment romantic kisses chicks love.
We keep talking... She says she thought I wasn't interested in her at first because I didn't kiss her at the end of the date.. and I didn't text her..
I just told her I thought she was disinterested (wasn't sure how to answer this one) and that life got SUPER busy
We continue to kiss more and more for 45min and at one point I'm holding her with her arms around my shoulder
I tell her how hot she looks
We get out of pool just at the end of the sunset/early dusk.. she says how much she loves this time of day, that it's her favorite..
I have my arms around her from behind for 5min then tell her to "Wait a minute"
..Grab a towel..
Set it down in the open yard and we sit out there talking for another 30-40min
She deeps dive me a bit actually at some pretty deep moments in my life. I get pretty detailed and she keeps getting super close to me.
I pull her inside after we have some light hearted convo after the deep stuff..
She wouldn't go to my room at first, and asks to open and have another glass of wine.
...I get that...
Then I don't take her to my room and we just sit at the bar and talk about some more fairly deep stuff (what we want in life, how we expected it turn out, where we are, and what we plan for in the future) - it's mostly her talking as I listen
Then I pull her to my room. Tell her it's just way more relaxing.
I grab some cards and we play some games on the bed making 'bets'
I purposely lost because I hadddd to give her a back rub - little does she know I'm very good at them & that's my strongest way to seduce
...Do this for 15min... we start kissing hard...
Her shirt was already off
But she would not take the shorts off even when I rolled her over. I could've pushed harder past the resistance but with us both knowing each other's family and me being the stereotypical nice guy, I didn't... I said "Here" and handed her a shirt without her asking for it, and we slept together till morning (she actually texted me the next day asking what happened, apparently she blacked out during the massage or at least is using that excuse)
Next morning I get ready for work.
Wake her up as I'm leaving and she heads out.
A bit more standoffish, but as I said, it could be because she legitimately does not remember the end of the night.. Doing the bets and the massage; was all her idea.. haha
I give her a hug and kiss on the forehead. Tell her I'll see her.
She texts me a few times during the day and I tell her what happened.
Now I'm kind of in limbo, planning to do a picnic date right at sunset by the lake. What things can I do to move this forward?

Have texted about next date (last date was Sunday and this is Wednesday); she seems reluctant "This week has been a doozy and I'm feeling under the weather"
