Problem Report Can’t Order Voice Course

Hi,

I’m trying to improve my voice, as it’s feeling like a large negative at the moment.

I can see here: https://courses.girlschase.com/signup/checkout_voice that the course is available, but I can’t seem to actually purchase it when I put in payment information.

Ah, apologies. We had an issue after upgrading the member software where the first name / last name fields on the checkout fields broke.

We upgraded most of them but missed a few apparently. All are now updated. Should work fine now!

I'm trying to order still, but still getting a weird error after I put my payment information where the page loads, but the information doesn't seem to get processed. I also don't see any charges showing up on my credit card. (This is a step forward from last time by the way, where a new page would not load, and the buttons would not work).

On the first form submit for the payment info, I do get the pop up saying that the payment is processing, but then it stays on the same order page, and no proof of purchase appears.

Clicking the "Pay with Paypal" option also reloads the page, but nothing new actually appears.

I don't have an existing program account by the way, so I'm not sure if I need that?
